The two Sno-Bliz machines we use daily were designed and built by hand by Ernest Hansen

The two Sno-Bliz machines we use daily were designed and built by hand by Ernest Hansen, and are among the most well-loved senior citizens of New Orleans, receiving regular TLC. Ashley’s seen here performing maintenance on “Mary” — which involves taking apart the machine, changing blades, checking all the parts and pieces for wear, listening to the machine, all in an attempt to make sure the quality of our product meets our 77 years of exacting standards. Since Day 1: “There are no shortcuts to quality.” 📷: @mauxfo
