For a 77 year old business steeped in traditions and history where time is seemingly at a standstill, it was a little surprising for us to begin accepting credit cards at the young age of 76 — it raised eyebrows amongst our fans and even ourselves. We use our Square constantly for orders large and small, including our catering business. It all harkens back to our motto since day one: “There are no shortcuts to quality,” and it’s all made one snoball at a time. Now everyone has the chance to indulge in New Orleans’ finest snoballs, regardless if they’re carrying cash or not. #TakingSquareofBusiness #contest
